I stopped by a local funshop today, that I haven't visited in a little over a year, to wish the owner (I've known him for a long time) a Merry Christmas.
Since there were no customers in the store, we sat & chatted for awhile, before he mentioned that he had found his late Son's rifle, and wanted to sell it & give the money to the Grand Daughter.
So, cutting to the chase, I bought it.
It's a pristine (no rust nor stock cracks/gouges, 98% bluing) Remington Model 121-A made in 1937 (4-digit SN) .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle pump.

I'm planning on trotting it over to my gun club's range soon.
