Hi all.
Could you suggest some good books about the Winchester 94? I'm interested in the technical aspects of the rifle and year to year changes, mainly the post-64 and 70's and 80's models.
Thanks,
Michael

I have a copy of "Winchester Model 94: A Century of Craftsmanship" written by Robert C. Renneberg and find it to be an excellent reference.

Sam Fadala 's book , The Winchester 94 , is a good one. It's out of print but can be found at eBay , Amazon etc.
It's a good read and has his favorite load data also.

Renneberg's book is my go-to reference for all things Winchester 1894/94 - the only thing it doesn't contain is Winchester's serial number date of manufacture - which is available online as a pdf for ALL Winchesters (google: Winchester serial numbers date of manufacturer by years)

This one is not "entertaining". It is a technical documentation of the features of the Model 94 & 95.
I have it and refer to it a lot more than I thought I would

Dang....Vance...I reread the OP post and as usual, my fingers typed before my brain was in gear.....I tell ya...ain't easy being half Italian.
I don't even think this book covers anything after '64.
