When I was a kid, after a huge Christmas feast, Grandpa and Uncle Mac would take me on a tramp thru the woods for rabbits. :)

Nice photos Lenn, what's your favourite pipe tobacco? I used to smoke a pipe but gave it up, still miss it sometimes.

Looks great, Lenn! Glad you got out.
It's a balmy 15 degrees here but a blizzard. Got about 10" inches down so far.
Merry Christmas bud.

Love it Pitchy,

I lived in Northeastern Alberta when I was young and a school teacher/coach. We lived in Vermillion, not far from the border with Saskatchewan.
Cold does not describe the winter temperatures there. Too cold for a Western Oregonian. I thought I would like the snow and cold, we did for the
first few weeks and even a couple of months, but by the end of a very cold winter we were thinking of a way to move south in the near future. I
think your situation is survivable because you have learned to love it. Merry Christmas.

Looks like a great time. I absolutely love the cold weather but here in South Louisiana we are lucky if we have more than 2 days of cold weather at a time and that is usually in the high 30s morning and by lunch time its back up to short sleeve weather.

It did come a pretty good snow here though a couple weeks back. That was a nice change.

I couldn't get past "19 below"! Having moved south over 20 years ago, my blood thinned rapidly. I would certainly freeze to death now in such cold (the coldest I ever personally experienced was -80 wind chill, but I was young and hardy then - and smart enough to stay indoors through that!!!).
