Picked up a 6.5 Kimber/ Mauser model 96 last August. was on Midway looking for a scope picked up a Leupold VX-1 on sale with a $50 rebate. not much later saw Norma ammo on sale with a $20 rebate on two boxes. haven't received the scope rebate yet but today the Norma rebate came. a crisp $20 bill. Great Company.

I sent in the Leupold rebate too. As I recall it said allow 6 weeks. It has been about four on mine and nothing yet.
Kimber used to build sporters out of military Mausers when they were in Portland OR. My brother drove truck and said he delivered pallets full of old Mausers to them. :D

Chuck, that's one of the ones I picked up. local toy store had it in the box with the papers from Kimber looks unfired since the rebuild.
