Pricey, but for some circumstances I suppose it could be 'worth it'....
As sold, it fires 22 LR, 380 ACP , 9 mm , 357Mag/.38Spl , 40 S&W, 44 Mag, 45 ACP , 45colt, 410 shotgun, 20 gauge, 12 gauge, and I'm not sure why it couldn't handle some of the other available adapters such as 17 HMR, 22 WMR, and I thought years ago I saw one for 30-30...
Interesting concept, a rerun of an old survival rifle with more calibers.
However, I checked out one review. The author described the very heavy barrels and not so impressive accuracy; a luke warm evaluation at best: https://www.gunsamerica.com/blog/chiappa-m6/
Those chamber adapter sets are available for use with just about any 12 or 20ga.
Seem more efficient to put keep a couple of the sets wherever one keeps an old break-open Single or Double 12.

For literally decades I kept an AR-7 in my Jeep for emergencies. I used it from time to time on small game and it was fairly capable. However the one time I needed it the need was for two legged critters. While the event turned out well, just the sight of the rifle was sufficient to take the wind out of the sails of the interlopers.
However, it just seemed awfully light for the task at hand. I had an old Mossberg 500 in .410. With a few minor modifications, barrel shortened, and the butt stock configured for quick installation and removal it became the "Perfect Jeep Gun". With shot of various sizes it's capable of taking small game whether it has fur or feathers. With slugs it's certainly much more capable for larger critters of reasonable size and two legged ones.
While the idea of something that uses multiple calibers sounds good, it's apparent that the one the OP mentioned is somewhat lacking. The idea of a single shot .22 lr might sound good sitting in one's home, but I want the ability for rapid second shots, or more, if needed.
If one wants a dual caliber long gun, Savage has the model 42 in several shot gauges and rimfire or centerfire combinations. While I personally prefer their older model 24, the model 42 is just as capable. It's just not as appealing to my eye.

Nice Trapper. I've gone to a Henry "Evil Roy" in .22 mag, 16" barrel so it handles like your Trapper, just cheaper. I've got a Marlin TDS. And don't carry it for the same reason.
I love my .357 Winchester trapper for camping, traveling, home defense etc. Years ago I really wanted one of those over/under .22/ .410 for a truck gun but never did get it.

I have one of the chiappa "double badgers" in 22 rimfire and 410, and it's a small-game wonder--if you don't use the 410 too close (it's super-full choked). surprisingly, the popular 410 sabot slug hits within 2" of the 22lr at 40 yards--and at that range, the slug will take out the near rib and both lungs on a deer. it's very short (36" overall), handy and only weighs about 5 pounds, which I really appreciate, having owned a couple of the savage 24v's over the years. I won't be using it for deer--not legal in my state, and I do have a brno zh-204 with 7x57r over 12ga that's just begging to show me what it'll do--but that 9-pound brno won't get carried as far, or as often. the factory sights on the 22/410 are fiberoptic, and adequate for small game, although I missed a rabbit with 'em at 110 yards--twice, dang it--last year. musta been rabbit fever! I gotta say that it's the best investment I've made lately on a new firearm. still prefer old ones, though.
