What does LLC stand for on the end of a companies name?

Limited Liability Co. or Corp. Dont know any more. Maybe a search would turn up more info. :D

Yep, the "C" is for corporation. You usually see this organization with small companies. As its name suggests it limits individual liability but without being publicly traded. Unless I'm remembering it wrong.

That's the exact purpose - limiting the personal liability of members to what they have "invested" in the business.
