Monte Wooley is on the Tube....Christmas May Begin

Post by BrianSH »

I can now have Christmas. "The Man Who Came to Dinner" is on.
Fitzwillie is another good one.
For me, its not Christmas without these two movies, though Fitzwillie isn't played much. Any seasonal movies for you guys out there?

I usually watch "Three Godfathers" at this time of year, one of my favorite John Wayne westerns.

I can't stand Elf but I have no real objections to it other than Will Farrell.
I like most of the iterations of Miracle on 34th Street.

I guess I'm not much of a movie nut (I cannot stand Farrel) but I watch Charlie Brown's Christmas every year, especially Linus' rendition of Luke 2:8-14...

Zooey Deschanel makes Farrell tolerable. :D Also, the closing music with Zooey/Leon Redbone singing Baby It's Cold Outside is my favorite rendition of that song.
