Love that one. But, I noticed that that almost everyone was an E-6 or above and most were E-8's & 9's. They must have the largest percentage of higher ranking NCO's than any other organization in the USAF.
I believe I even notice one young woman wearing the insignia of a Command Master Sergeant. I wonder what her chances of becoming Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force are? Or if she'd even be interested.

FWIW, most of those Musicians have a College Degree in their musical speciality that they paid for themselves. They have been playing, and paying for lessons their entire lives. Every skill they bring to a Military Band they have bought and paid for themselves, and freely giving that to the organization. It would be impossible to train a professional musician to that level in the time it would take to train a pilot.jeepnik wrote:Love that one.
