More & more I'm seeing that people are the same the world over. They want to be free...free to live & shoot as much as they want to. Wonder why their faces were blurred out?
The British shooting teams have emigrated to Switzerland as I understand. What a boon to the Swiss. What a loss for the English.
Great post...

Very cool indeed!
I love seeing people around the world enjoy various parts of the firearms "sports" - and pursuing their God-given right to be free!!!
I got into a debate last week with a peer and his wife from Toronto. When the conversation meandered into what we did off work for enjoyment, and I said "shoot", she went into a 10 minute diatribe about how Canadians "weren't a gun culture", didn't have the American fascination with guns, weren't violent, and "didn't like them".
I paused, smiled, then told her that this was often the case in our urban areas as well, but I knew for a fact that wasn't the case in Canada's rural areas. I went on to explain that I had the pleasure through a firearms forum (this one) to get to know several Canadians who love and use firearms as much as most Americans. I then said that there were several British, Australian, and other Europeans - as well as others from around the world, that either enjoyed firearms or wish they could.
She was shocked. Oh well...

I suspect the faces are blurred out to respect the privacy of people in photos the photographer didn't know. I wouldn't think to do that if I took photos of a shooting competition here, but if were going to post them it is taking good care of details.
Maybe the subjects are famous or politcal figures.

Very Cool....!
I really like the "Anti-Austrian" device. I bet that would also work as an Anti-Jihadist device as well...

Possibly some active duty military types as well. Then again, short haircuts may be the norm over there.pbslinger wrote:I suspect the faces are blurred out to respect the privacy of people in photos the photographer didn't know. Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits.
