Nice photos Nath. :D I wish my woods were full of Bluebells but the ground is covered with wild garlic.

What is the "plastic" looking item to the right in the first photo?

It is an old tree guard from when they were planted and yes a fox tail hangs from my bag.


Today I have seen 7 foxes! the first was at 4:30 am and the closest was 7yards! No shots fired!

Great Photos

The only Fox photo I can share my daughter with a cub that got too close during turkey season I caught she fed crayfish to before it was released

I saw my first red fox in Texas the other day - we have a lot of little silver foxes.

Thanks Nath, really enjoy the photos. I seldom see a fox here in northeast OK but there was a time, about 60 years ago that there were still a bunch of them. We still have quite a lot of grey fox, little tree climbers that behave more like cats. We also have red fox still but in times past there was a "cross fox" that had a black line across the shoulders kinda like an butt has. That critter was just a little bigger than a red but had much longer legs and a black tipped tail as opposed to the white tip on our red fox. Guess they're all gone now.
