Friend sent me this link, includes a write up of a couple of my favorites - the Savage Hammerless and Van Norman Duplex milling machines. Thought some of you might like it as well.

Scientific American's editorial stance has become very anti-gun over the past few years (paralleling their global-warming fanaticism), so maybe they don't think 'gun' contents is any longer 'appropriate' unless it shows a graph of how many toddlers have been killed... :roll:
