I always wondered what Doug Turnbull looked like. I love that Bowler hat.
The pictures of the rifle were great. I would have looked at them even without the dead critters.

Now I have a question, has anybody here invited him to join us?

As I have said here before I visited Turnbulls a few years ago and though the time was short I came away very impressed by the quality of the work. the Man behind the counter handed Me a worn out beat up Colt SAA looked like junk.....Then reached under the counter and traded Me for a stunning like new one. :shock: ($4,500) made in 1901, He said it was originally like the old one and explained what and how They did what they did. they may be expensive but wow.....
