Levergun Hunt

Post by Paladin »

Got involved with a old team mates sons hunt in Alaska and thought I would share a photo. Saw plenty of moose and wolves no horns legal for me as a non resident. He did well with one round of Hornady 325 Gr FTX in the spine for a DRT shot on the Buffalo. Now he wants my rifle. Most of the farmers in the area hate the Bison and much as the wolves for crop damage. We were hunting in section 20D near Delta Junction as were had been in the area with DOD a couple of times. I have some time so I added some photos of the travel for you consideration. Got my Flight Physical at ATP Medical in Anchorage so flew a bit while I was here and will be back.
