Dante Williams, 19, and his accomplice Jawan Craig walked into the Waffle House restaurant and "terrorized" the customers in 2012 intent on robbing it at gun point. Upon being approached by Williams, gun in hand, one of the patrons, Justin Harrison – who also had a concealed weapon on him but had an actual permit for it – shot Williams in self-defense, killing him "almost instantly,"

Williams's cousin Tamika McSwain is saying that although what he did was wrong, he shouldn't have died and is calling for stricter gun laws. In the video, she specifically cites Harrison in her argument, asserting that tougher regulations for the acquirement of concealed weapon permits may have prevented her cousin's death.
Both criminals were wearing hoodies, but the article makes no mention of the racial background of Dante and Jawan, or their cousin Tamika , so there is no way to know if the two armed robbers looked like Obama's son if Obama had a son.
Sometimes I think we have all jumped off into the rabbit hole.
Nate: Same old story of no one wanting to be responsible for their actions. It was ok for those two thugs to go robbing people and maybe murdering them, but oh lordy, don't do it to my son, no sir. The same old pelosi repeated over and over and over, ad nauseum.
"The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." - Thomas Jefferson
"I know not what course other men may take, but as for me, Give me Liberty or Give me Death!" - Patrick Henry
Of course the criminals don't want the rest of us to have guns. Arming criminals has always been the point of gun control and this story just backs that up.
That sort of manure is not unique to the USA, here in Oz we get the young original Australians stealing cars and then killing themselves when they loose control during the police pursuit. The families then come up with the same manure about how their child would be alive if the police were not allowed to chase them. The stupid bit is, they actually got half way there when the police announced to the car stealing public that in future the police would break off the chase if the criminal was seen to be driving dangerously.
Many years ago on a talk back radio show an old bloke from the outback came on the show and said "In the outback we don't have a problem with feral pests, we just fly up behind them in a helicopter and shoot them in the back of the head, shame our police aren't as smart as we are".
I love the practical way old bushmen solve problems.

Car theft around these parts is so rampant that ya can steal about 15 before they send you to jail....before that, barring any injuries, they are charged with "driving without permission", and fined a little bit....

I used to live near Detroit and it was funny how the police only shot really good people. The police never shot a bad guy according to there relatives.

Yup. And prisons are filled with innocent men....
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

In real life may you be the bad butt that you claim to be on social media.
You all should read Heinlein's "Starship Troopers". Read it on vacation last week, and the discussion on "juvenile deliquents" by Dubois (former Lt Col, Mobile Infantry) and the fall of western society was spot on - and a scary prediction of what awaits our linient societies...
