It's Michigan.

All people from Michigan drive around with corpses in their cars. You know you are in Michigan when all the cars have corpses.

And no, the corpses don't have degrees.

I'd love to do a few thousand miles of interstate/US hwys on my motorcycle... with a baby/car seat strapped to the back... just to see how many times I get stopped

I'm not sure about other states, but it's not ok in WA.....No age limit, but they have to sit on passenger seat, and their feet have to touch the pegs....
