A Winchester someone may be interested in getting
Hey I thought I would mention this on here someone may be interested, and I would love to see a collector get this gun, before some hillbilly takes out and destroys it completely. A local gun shop has a Winchester 94 made in 1902 chambered in .38-55. It has a tight action no rattles, and the metal is a brown patina. If interested email me predatorak@yahoo.com , and I 'll give you the number to the shop. I would pick it up, but I am broke. They are asking $1,700.00, but you can talk them down I think. I will try to get a picture of a gun similar to post.

An original, 100 year-old Winchester Model 1894 in 38-55 is a classic rifle and cartridge in one package. I do think $1,700 for a rifle that only has a patina is fairly high by at least $500. That being said, maybe the fellow will consider a polite offer.
