OT - Vets 4 Freedom - Tour

Post by Ram Hammer »

My dad called me the other day and told me about the Vets 4 Freedom Tour. It seems they are touring the country ending up in DC in about a week. They gave a presentation at my dad's vfw hall about 0700 last Friday. Dad was there to cook breakfast for them (he is the omelet chef for the monthly fund raiser breakfast). Someone dropped the ball and they only had about 40 folks show up. They related a story about a small town in Missouri that shut down for the day and had motor cycle, fire engine and police escorts when the bus arrived.

Their primary message is talking about the good things that are going on in Iraq.

Check the attached link to see if they will be in your area.

Thank you for the post! They will be near me this Friday. I wish I could go, but it is being held at a local elementary school, and the event is only open to students and faculty!!!
