Christmas Music...

Post by Old Ironsights »

I know I've mentioned this before, but...

For those of you who are Musically Inclined, I have a collection of Christmas Music that is... unique.

I have one Playlist (165 songs) that fall into the "Goth" genre. (Sample) (Close your eyes and listen... just... listen.)

I have another Playlist that is 15 variations (and growing) on "Carol of the Bells" (Close your eyes and listen... just... listen.)

Another of 10 variants (and growing) of "little drummer boy"

etc.

If you are interested in sampling Christmas Treats not normally offered on the typical Relish Plate (no sweet pickles, scallions or olives here...) send me a PM and I will hook you into some gateway drugs... err... music.

I guess I'm a bit more traditional in my Christmas tastes....You might like Alfred Reed's "Russian Christmas Music"

I posted a link to a Robert Earle Keene song on another thread. I also like Mannheim Steamroller.

I like Bing Crosby, Manheim Steamroller, Trans siberian orchestra for the most part. I also like some of the more fun songs like Robert Earl Keen's "Merry Christmas from the Family", and some of the other country singers' renditions of classic songs.

OI, I do kinda dig that Goth stuff. Also, "The Little Drummer Boy" is my favorite Christmas song. I love the way Bing sings it.
