Price check 1895 XLR & 308 MXLR

My local Gun Emporium has a 1895 XLR(45-70 ,SS,24" barrel etc)for $589.Good price?They also have NIB a 308MXLR(306 ME,SS,24" etc)for $619 also. :?:

Don't know about the 308 but the 45-70, at my gun shop is $658.

I saw the 45-70 at Turner's in CA for over way over $700. Really surprised me. I paid about $200 less two years ago.

Thanks for the replies.I was thinking for Laminated stock/stainless steel XLR variants the prices are darn nice for a dealer. :)
