Whem I used to go to rondyvoo they would have knife and tommyhawk thowing matches. The knives would be thrown at a playing card. The hawk tossers threw at a rubber band stretched between two pegs in the block. It was a pretty good test. I always felt good if I could make 'em stick every time.

Thanks fellers, was just playing around and lucky to hit as well as i did. Though one doesn`t seem to loose the ability to do things very quickly as i don`t practice at all.
Mostly it`s mathematics of the right distance, angles and power of the release of the object and repetition.
