Colt 22 lr conv for AR

Post by pwl44m »

Elmo123 listed this a week or so ago. I followed up and bought it. I received it yesterday.
Took it out of the box and it is just as described. Came with 2 mags (10 rnd). Dropped it in one of My ARs (and it truly is a drop in affair) simply take out the 223 bolt and replace it with this one. Loaded up a Mag and stepped out back. Works perfect, Slow Fire or Rapid Fire it worked great. Empied another mag and that was My fun for the Day.
Thx Elmo, now I have something else to burn up some of My 22 ammo.

Yes I did but that was yesterday and I forgot what it said. I used some Rem bulk pack hollow points and they worked fine. It shoots way low as it is so I need to work on that. But that was only at about 20 feet.

I don't suppose one of those would work in a 6.8 SPC would it? :?

Back around 1980 the Army was fooling with sub-calibre devices.....I wish I could say they worked well....Jam-O-Matic, and have never seen dirtier action/bores after a hundred rounds.....I'm glad they have been perfected....
