That's just silly.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

I think that was one of the funniest things I ever saw Stacey Keech do. He must have spent many hours in makeup for that role.

I remember seeing TL&TOJRB when the film finally made it to our small-town theater (which would have been in my freshman or sophomore year in HS), and on that big screen with the speakers booming "(The Original) Bad Bob" kind of creeped me out.

Some years later I ran across the flick while looking for something to watch on the television, and the Bad Bob scene was so ludicrously over-the-top that I developed a new appreciation for it. I have to think that Keach got a kick out playing the character.

(Forty years later, I still can't say that I enjoyed very much of the rest of the movie.)
