1895 35 Whellen
Want to have my other Browning 1895 re-bored to 35 Whellen. Can you receomend a good company for this work.

I would go with Jesse also. I was thinking about the same conversion with my Browning, but it just shoots so good the way that it is.

Jes is an excellant choice, for a rebore to the .35 Whelan.
He does, however, use a three-groove rifling system, most likely the reason his conversion is less expensive than other reborer's.
Another thing to be aware of, though - Browning rifle rebores can be problematic to reborers, due to a hard spot under the factory-installed front sight.
You're most likely going to need to discuss it with any prospective rebore tech.

I know exactly what your saying! I have one in 30-06 and it shoots cast bullets better than my Remington 700! I ended up selling that one. I bought a used custom Browning 35 Whelen barrel from a gun shop a month or so ago intentions were to swap the barrel but I just can't see myself doing that.
