Are they any good? A local dealer has pretty nice one for $175.00. I believe it's a Model 250.

My cousin had one back in the 70s that we shot quite a bit. If kept clean(not the easiest task), they aren't bad rifles, but nothing spectacular. I'd never pay that much for one personally but that's me. I've never been enamored with them.

A few 250's were noticed at a few local farm auctions last summer...They went in the $250 range........Ken

I just glanced at it. I'm going to go back and take a look. If it's a magnum, I might get it.
