Cool guns, and nice to see a VARIETY of types. Some folks have ten leverguns, but eight of them are 1894 Winchesters in .30-30...

All are good choices. I especially have an attraction to 22LR Favorites. Mine is an original Stevens but that Varner is a beauty.

Hmmmm I must be in the minority then !

I have 27 leveractions I think and only ONE is a Winchester Model 1894 in 30 WCF (circa 1904) .

But I may be the only person you know of that has 25 leveractions chambered for the 444 Marlin cartridge

I really do like the 9410. I have been looking for one and have had no luck. Haven't even seen one, much less one for sell. :( What about yours?

AJMD429, what's wrong with having 8 Model 94's in 30-30? P.S. While I do have 8 94's, only 2 are in 30-30, but I am still open to another 30-30 if the price is moderate trending to low. God Bless. :o :D

I really like the Varner. Are they still in business? Who sells them?
This is the first one I've ever seen pictured and have never seen one in person.
That little rifle is very tempting....
Winchester M94 30-30 (1980)
Winchester M70 Westerner 30-06 (1982)
Winchester M1 Garand (1942)
Too many others to list - hope to add more levers soon.

The Varner favourites are the best favourite replicas out there, they are actually of better quality than the originals. The Varner Company has been bought and sold about 3 times, they continue to make the favourite but in reality it is a semi type of custom make these days with a waiting list. Most of the Varners you see sold today are from the original manufacture back in the 80s.They are a very nice gun and well worth the money.

I just got off the phone with a lady at Green's Gunshop / Varner about their rifles .

http://www.daytraco.com/Varner/guns.html

On the link above they have a schuetzen style Favourite I really like which the lady told me is out of production at this time . She also told me even though they are semi custom to custom their turn around is 4-8 weeks . Not so bad really !
