OK, that may be a name a dozen or so of us remember...
I followed the sabot link AJMD provided in another thread and ran across these 4 different Tuba Wildcats:

I can't post pics from there, but you've got to see these things.
If these walls could talk, I'd listen to the floor.

Those are awesome...

Hey, that's awful close to the 22/454 Casull I've been contemplating (and even tried to produce with my sizing die collection, though not successfully. Tricky to get that much necking-down without wrinkling something rather badly...) Anyway, great minds, etc.
Thanks for the link!

If you didn't see the pics, click below to see them - they aren't just the 'tops' of the cartridges...

It's gonna need a stroooooong bolt.
And I agree with Kid for the collection. Almost makes me want to borrow my bud's lathe to make a mock case and stick a bullet in it. That'll get a reaction.

I got a good chuckle when F Weidner and Tubby The Tuba were going on about each others screen pictures.
Blaine, what did you call the flaming bomb? I forget exactly now, but it was funny.

IIRC, he referred to it as a "flaming haystack with wings"...
Classic.
