OT - Slightly.... Focusable Glasses?

Post by oic0 »

I dunno why but reading up on these I thought of some of you old toots ;)

Rather expensive but they offer the ability to adjust the focus on the fly. I always hear about old guys saying their eyes cost em on their accuracy. Dunno if something like this would help. They are ugly as sin, but get em gold plated and it could go along with a nice old west outfit.

Sorry, I just can't see that.... My friend Di optered for the TriFocals. Let me frame my comment differently. Those are great, but I've focused my interest in another direction. Prolly a little short-sighted, but that's just how I charted it out for me. Maybe I should contact a professional.

Well, y'all know I'm not one of those who pince-nez's his nose at these types of things, but to avoid making a spectacle of myself, I think I'll put a lid on my reply!

Blaine, I did have a photograph of Di with her trifocals on, looking like a frog peering through a pair of ice cubes. I hate to have to ask...(eyeball just thinking about it)...could you see your way to send me a replacement copy?.........myopic is nowhere to be found!
