Picture of my Leverguns

Post by Rdm_01 »

Here's a picture of my Lever actions. Only 3 for now, but they all mean something to me.

From left to right: Model 94 Winchester in 32-40 made in 1906. It was my grandads. Next is a Marlin 336 in 30-30, my very first center fire rifle. And last but not least my new Rossi 92 in 45 Long Colt.

The stainless steel sixgun is a Ruger Vaquero in 357 mag. The blued six gun is a Ruger New Vaquero in 45 Long Colt.

This is the beginning of my lever actions and six shooters, I see many more in the future. :D

Especially nice to have your Grandad's rifle.

Yes it is!! :D I got 2 of his rifles, the other is a pre-64 model 70 in 30-06. Both of them are my most valuable possesions!! The 32-40 means a little more because he gave it to me 2 weeks before he passed on.

You have some fine firearms, that 32-40 is extra fine.

Now that's a nice Levergun collection... 8)

Just be SURE you get some young'uns and friends and neighbors and family members hooked on the shooting of leverguns, as well...

To that end, I'd advise your next levergun be a .22 LR or a .22 WMR or a .17 HMR, and get an extra set of hearing protectors and some steel flip-up targets, while you're at it...

A heirloom levergun is the icing on the cake, ain't it?
