Advice on Marlin 1894 in 45LC please
Need some advice/help on this one boys. I have a line on a Marlin lever, looks like the 1894 model with 20" barrel, not octagonal, in 45LC. Asking $399 new in the box. Does that sound like a good deal?

Yes if it is new, that's less than wholesale now.sw41mag wrote:Need some advice/help on this one boys. I have a line on a Marlin lever, looks like the 1894 model with 20" barrel, not octagonal, in 45LC. Asking $399 new in the box. Does that sound like a good deal?

That sounds like an 1894S. If it is as you say, new in the box, then that is not a bad price.sw41mag wrote:Need some advice/help on this one boys.
