Enjoying my Frontier more each time I shoot it. (20" Octagonal barrel)
Had a satisfying experience this weekend. This was at 25 yards so it was short range.
Anyway, the bullseye area was getting pretty well peppered, so I put a 2 inch orange 'stick on' bullseye over the center. It got hit enough it couldn't hold onto the shoot n c target surface any more and came off
Did that twice on 2 different targets. Something really satisfying about watching the dot fall off the paper from too many hits
I'm starting to enjoy mine more and more also. I initially bought it for my wife but she prefered my 10-22's. I wasn't happy with it because of the cheesy plastic barrel band and front sight. I've since replaced the plastic parts with metal ones from Henry and started feeling better about the rifle and started shooting it again. I had come close to selling it until I learned that the plastic parts could be replaced with metal.
Yep, the plastic parts were gone early. I also carefully scribed and then narrowed the metal front sight a bit for a thinner, more precise blade. I shoot it all the way out to 200yds and if the wind isn't blowing, it shoots pretty straight. However, a medium wind can blow the bullet 2 ft either way at that range.

Where are the Henry's made? I see the television ads and they look pretty good. The bolt in the brass frame models must lock up in a barrel extension or something??

It depends on if you are asking about the truly-brass-framed Big Boy rifles. If so, then the lockup is very much like that of the Marlin centerfire leverguns. Look at these owner's manuals, which may help you:
