Look at this for Romney's position on lots of issues, including guns:

Seems to be covering himself for both sides (typical politician). Quoted from above site:
* I support the work of the NRA, but disagree sometimes. (Dec 2007)
* Ok to ban lethal weapons that threaten police. (Dec 2007)
* Supports Second Amendment rights but also assault weapon ban. (May 2007)
* Will support assault weapons bill and Brady Bill. (Aug 1994)
Exactly which lethal weapon could not be used to threaten police?

There really are no good choices in a presidential election.
It's like choosing a punch in the mouth or a kick in groin. Given the choice, I'll take the punch in the mouth, but come on. Is this the best we can really do as a nation?

My first attempt at an outdoors website: http://www.diyballistics.com
Weapons dont threaten people.
If the man uttered that statement you'd be nuts to vote for him. IMHO of course.
Cant see how anyone who cares about RKBA could not vote for Mr Paul.
Maybe he is nuts, but at least he's an honest nut. The rest may be honest as politicians go, but thats a mighty low standard.

Thanks, our primary is today. I didn't think I liked him from the start. this process is so messed up I think I'll vote for Ron Paul myself just as a protest. I'm not sure it even matters.

John McCain's views seem reasonable. I voted for him today, as did my wife.
