Hidalgo Mistake

Post by Blaine »

I do believe I saw, several times, a SS Ruger Blackhawk. At other times, he seems to have a period accurate revolver of some kind.

Hmmm, I didn't notice that. I think I only saw it on the big screen, might need to rent it and watch closely.

I have a copy on VHS, I'll watch it again as soon as I can. However the only SA I remember was a Colt SAA. But then again I've only watched it once and that was some time back.

All righty then .....

Just finished watching Hidalgo and I paid close attention to any and all revolvers shown.
I saw a bunch of Colt type single actions and a Webley. Many of the Colt types were devoid of finish and looked gray, but I didn't see anything that resembled a Blackhawk.

The head sheik's daughter was kinda cute though.
