Yep, that's a Mdl 94 alright, I recognize the family resemblance.
Unused, as in not even played with. You know how I know? There's no worn areas on the hammer. Never seen a used one without some wear on the hammer.

I agree about it being unfired- there is no wear on the hammer or scratching from rounds being inserted into the loading gate.
There would not be too many unfired 1969 mod 94's around.

Am I gonna shoot it???????. I just got it, and the ammo locally is $23.00 a box!!!!!!!!!!!
I do have 100 cases ordered from midway and 100 bullets cast, powder and primers.

Got a few tiny spots of rust by the dovetail on the rear sight, but that doesn't take a thing away.
