Just wondering... I have been looking for one and I have not been able to find one. I am sure you guys can keep me from wasting any more time.

No, the earliest 41 Magnum was the 1894S model; which has the cross-bolt safety.

I have a marlin 1894, and while I dont care for the safety, I just ignore the stupid thing. Jmho, if you want the 41, just get it and saftey repladement goodie.
