Winchester DOB By Serial No.

Post by Haycock »

Is there a site out there where I can do a serial number lookup to determine the DOB for a 94?

I have one 1894 Winchester in 38-55 nickel steel octagon. That would date from 1895 by the serial number. But the factory letter states shipped January 1901. Only a factory letter will date it correctly.
