OT Andy Griffith

Post by Rusty »

I heard about this movie on the radio yesterday. I always think of him and Opie. This one will be different. http://www.playthegamemovie.com/

We like Andy Griffith. Watching Andy dance (in the upper left hand corner of the page) I was thinking that is probably me, now...

We love Andy Griffith also. If you get the opportunity, catch A Face In The Crowd, 1957. He plays a real S*B that you just love to hate. Think he was up for an Academy Award for the part.

Of course my most favorite Andy Griffith movie was No Time For Sergeants, 1958. Its a real hoot! He stars along with a real young Nick Adams (Johnny Yuma in the TV show The Rebel). Oh, and keep your eyes open for Don Knotts. This was their first time acting together.

You can't be apart of the Cash clan without loving Andy Griffith.

He also made a movie in the 70's where he is trying to murder a man who he hires to guide him on a hunt in the Desert. It was called Savages(had to look this up as I couldn't remember). I remember liking that movie alot.

Never really watched him in much but "Mayberry, RFD". I did catch a few episodes of "Matlock". I always thought he'd be a good person to have as a friend.

I love Andy! "No Time For Sergeants" is my favorite movie of his. And, I believe that the Andy Griffith Show is the greatest show ever televised. I've seen every episode multiple times, and I still get a kick out of it! Barney Fife is the greatest character ever conceived.

One of my favorite scenes:
