buffalo hunt

outdoor channel right now Buffalo County Buffalo hunt is on.

Edit: Sorry, I just caught it this morning. This is the guy(Jim) http://www.buffalocountybuffalo.com/ I used to work for that guided this hunt. It's out in the Black Hills. Bushnell's Adventures Abroad is the name of the show. It will be on 4:00pm(3:00 central) & 11:00pm (10 central) Saturday again.

A buff. hunt is also one of my dream hunts, but would like to do it with Cap and Ball.

Gun Runner, A black powder rifle has been used IME and worked well but is best used with a conical bullet for better penetration. A good anchoring shot is best as they can travel a long ways with a heart/lung hit by ANYTHING short of artillery, meaning they can get to a place to die that you really, really wish they hadn't.
