Grunts, DogFaces, Squids & FlyBoys
I see that you uncouth, cannon-fodder types couldn't keep civil tongues in your pointy little heads and got LOCKED! You flyboys got included in the title just because... of one incident... resulting in that PH and Bronze Star I so proudly wear... Throw a little war and the flyboys got all in a dither 'cause the sun wasn't shinin'... decided not to participate... a little notice would have been good. "Air Farce = throw a war, we Might come... if it's a nice day!"
Every Marine I've ever met, until they've earned that SpecWar badge is a loud-mouthed, brain-washed bag of muscle and attitude! That ain't necessarily a "bad-thing", and there's times when they're the right men and women for the job. Jar-heads... yep, you earned that epitaph. We followed some of their Force Recon guys around... pretty good!
Every Soldier I've met is only one step above a Marine in that their training doesn't qualify for being described as brain-washing. Even those of the Green beanie are little more than over-inflated egos. However, those previous to 2001 black beret-wearing chaps were quite impressive.
You squids... just shut the F--- up! Unless you're qualified to wear the tiger-stripes and trident... go back to cartin' everyone else around to do the fightin'!
There, have I insulted everyone? Now girls... and I mean this from the bottom of my cold, icy heart... THANK YOU for your service to your, nay... OUR Country!

Nope, the toasty Coasties are not part of the "Armed Forces" except in time of war. The dopes on a rope are a subset.awp101 wrote:Nope. You left out those who jump out of perfectly good aircraft, Coasties and dopes-on-ropes.Griff wrote:I There, have I insulted everyone?

Re: Grunts, DogFaces, Squids & FlyBoys
When I was in the Army my primary MOS was 91P, X-Ray specialist. My secondary MOS was 91B, Combat medic.
I was assigned to a M.A.S.H. at Fort Riley KS. for the majority of my enlistment. We were called Band-Aids though I always took pride in being a Soldier first. My time in the Army gave me many things, most importantly it was where I was educated for my life's work. I'm still a Band-Aid, but I'm also a VETERAN

Troy

Re: Grunts, DogFaces, Squids & FlyBoys
Ok since I insulted the Army yesterday and I dont belive in discrimination. here goes for the rest of ya.
Marine= My A** Rides In Navy Equipment
U.S.M.C. = Uncle Sam's Misguided Children ( or my favorite U Signed the Mother F@#$ing Contract)
Army= Aint Real Marines Yet
Navy. Why would you dress all in white jump on a boat filled with other men and refer to your self as Seamen?
Air Force. To easy of a target picking on them is like making fun of the mentaly challenged.
National Guard a.k.a. Nasty Guard again it is not nice to pick on those that are less fortunate.
Good Morning and Happy Easter.
