Marlin 336 Gunsmith

Post by KS25-06 »

I have a Marlin 336 Marauder originally chambered in 35 Remington that someone rechambered for 35 LeverPower. I have a factory 35 Reminton barrel. Can this barrel be fitted to the Marauder without to much trouble? Can you recommend a gunsmith that could do this work?

Most any good smith should be able to do that. The main concern would be mag tube and barrel bands. Why don't you get some dies and load that LeverPower? It has potential and you won't have to further alter that Marauder.

Hobie
