OT - Return trip to Ethiopia - Prayer request UPDATED

Got a request for a return trip to Ethiopia today for a trip in a month. Need some prayers on this one my friends. This time I will be going back to oversee the drilling operation which is to be done during the height of the dry season. I could be gone for three weeks - here is the prayer request: I am right in the middle of the academic year for the class I teach at JHU. This is a critical time of the year for the student projects due in May, and if I am gone for three weeks, I will use up all my vacation time and then some, hence taking no pay leave from work. I need the prayers that the drilling will go well, that my employers (johns hopkins university) would understand and the students will be able to get their projects done with out my help during that time. I know that God wants this drill rig there, that the people will be served by the new well. I will also be selling some firearms to quick pay for the trip so if you could cross post the adds to other sites to help, that would be great too. I have much to do before wheels up. thanks you are all a blessing to me and the people of Sendafa

You're on my list.

A friend of mine was sent over to Sudan to drill wells by the U.S. Army. He was over there about nine months in all. The people are really in need of something we take for granted, clean water.

UPDATE - Thank you all for your prayers. Arrangements are set, I will be going Sat, 28th of March and returning on Friday April 4th. This will work out fine for work, allow the completion of the goals of the trip and not cost me vacation time or loss of pay. I am blessed by your prayers and well wishes and also to be able to go and serve my home church, the Project Adopt a Village (PAAV) Team, the Govt officials, the people of Sendafa, and those drilling the well. Your continued prayers will carry me swiftly over the 23 hours of air travel each way. Blessings to you all

Don't forget to drink plenty of water on that flight to stay hydrated. less chance of blood clots that way.
