

Wood is clean and classy, like office furniture, as someone else pointed out. Much nicer finished than any of my Marlins, although the Marlins function more smoothly. To be fair, the Marlins are not stock guns - except for the fifty year-old.
The action feels a bit stiff yet, but nothing that several hundred or a thousand rounds won't fix. If it is still rough after that, then a vacation down to TX might be in order

Question - is the firing pin designed to "jiggle" in the '92? When the hammer is at full cock, the firing pin slides in and out of the bolt if the rifle is lowered or raised.
Other than these issues, I am well pleased. Can't wait to shoot it. Pix to follow!
