Isn't that a poll from last year? I seem to recall something similar at USA Today. I wonder if this is just some vestigial piece of their WEB site that someone forgot to pull down after the appropriate amount of time.

That is an old poll. The correct answer is NO. The Second Amendment does NOT give individuals the right to bear arms. The Right to Bear Arms predates the Constitution. We are endowed by our Creator with inalienable rights. The Bill of Rights in the US Constitution are restrictions on government when it suppresses our rights.

However, since most "citizens" of this country don't understand that concept, it is still good to see that an overwhelming majority of them (97% when I logged in) do feel that it is indeed an individual right!
