EMF 1892

Post by Whitedog »

I once again find myself without a pistol caliber carbine. Having bought and sold 2 Marlin 1894 cowboys I have a hankering for an 1892 SRC in 357. I'd like some feeback on these if you don't mind please.

I love mine. A rifle in 45 and a carbine in 357. We have as one of our members the worlds best authority on these rifles Nate Kiowa Jones. Hopefully he will chime in, if he sees your post.

Don't tell anyone but I like my worker-over EMF .357 better than my Browning (which I'll probably sell in the next month or two)!

rjohns94 just go his stainless '92 in .357 Magnum back after having work done on it by NKJ (Steve Young), and I doubt anyone could pry it from him. I feel the same way about my '92 in .45 Colt that Steve slicked up for me years ago. These are just great guns!!! :D

Speaking of NKJ, has anyone heard from him recently?
