Last year the Win. 94 was D&T for tang sight

Can anyone tell me the last year/serial # range the Win. 94 was factory drilled and tapped for a tang sight? Thanks much. 1886.

Up to around one million. Around two million they had the receiver sight holes on the receivers.

The Model 94 was tapped for tang sights up to WWII. I have a 1941 model that is and a 1948 model that isn't.
