wife's mower

Post by Scott Young »

Riding Mower

A couple of weeks ago, I was sitting on the patio, drinking beer and watching my wife mow the lawn.

Cheryl from next door saw us and was so upset that she came over and yelled at me....'You lazy bum! Sitting there drinking beer while your poor wife pushes that ancient lawn mower around! Get up off your butt and give her a break!'

I thought 'Woman, be glad I ain’t your husband!' Took another swig from my stubby, wiped the cold foam from my lips, lifted my shades, stared directly at this nosey cow and told her in no uncertain terms 'Bug off and mind your own business. My wife needs the exercise, and she really enjoys gardening'.

After a few days I felt really bad , so I went out and bought her a ride-on mower to show my sensitive side. I am so proud of the deal I got. I am also proud that my wife can now sit down while mowing the lawn. Yes guys , after all we should take good care of our wives ... that way maybe they will take good care of us.

I have attached a picture below. I hope it comes through OK [see below]

Man! Your spoiling her. You gotta be careful with women, the next thing 'ya know, she will want you to sharpen the blades for it.

On another note, you know why women's feet are shorter than mens? It helps them stand closer to the sink. --------Sixgun

Scott, you're making me look bad here. I better not let my wife see that new fandangled lawn mower you got, or she's gonna start getting discontented with the new scythe I got her last year.

That neighbor woman may put you up for some kind of community award now, you'll have every other husband in town mad at you for setting a bad example. :D
