Don't think he cut them up. Just added a screw to the trigger guard as I recall. Great series,and I believe it is on dvd...the series.

Looks like it did when it first came on the air.I never did think about putting a lever like that on my 92 32wcf when I was young, but it's a rifle. I am glad now that I didn't do it.

Old Lucas never did shoot anyone with just one shot did he? Sounded like 4 or 5, at least he put 'em out of their misery pretty fast. Good little flick here, thanks for showing it.

I have all the shows on Vongo loaded into my lap top. It was a great family values show. That '92 could really "speak" my desire to get a pistol caliber lever and eventually my NKJ .357, came out of that show.

Ya, last year on the western channel at, I think 6pm here in TN, The Rifleman came on and they would show 2 each 30min segs. I did not miss a show. My grandson hated it. He always wanted to play the games on my computer,(DELTA FORCE) but he had to wait until the Rifleman was over. He will probley be messed up for the rest of his life thanks to me, you know teaching all that gun play and family values.etc...

I think they used a bunch of So. American-made replicas for a lot of the stunts. And as far as The Rifleman vs those guys with pistols, as the saying goes, "When a man with a pistol goes to fight a man with a rifle, he's on a suicide mission." jd45
