God Bless All Veterans

Post by JimT »

In every age there are those who are called upon to serve and defend their country. While not all see combat, ALL ARE WARRIORS! All who serve - no matter in what capacity - are warriors defending and supporting the Nation.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL THIS DAY!

May your days be many.
May your lives be rich.
May your sacrifices be remembered.
May the Lord cause His face to shine upon you.
May the Lord give you peace.

Thanks to ALL who have served honorably. Without you there is no land of the free.

To all who have served or are serving or will serve, thank you from the core of my being for your commitment to protecting our freedoms. You will be blessed.

In John 15:13, Jesus tells us, "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."

May God bless each and every one of you.

Sincerely,

Thank you to all who served - or are serving now.

I asked the kids what they discussed about Veterans Day in school today. I was happy that both my 1st grade daughter and 5th grade son did hear discussions led by their teachers. I can't believe though that the 5th graders weren't taught about why November 11 is the day we choose to honor our vets!
