politics-what a mess

Post by L8agin »

We are SCREWED! Bush isn't leading for various reasons including his idea of manners and respect for the office which in it's self is effectively casterating his effect. McCain, -after giving credit for his better of the two's defense posture,- Just is two darn slow and off track cause of his reaching accross the isle and bipartison approach. He never was and won't be as president a conservative. Obama-wow what a chicago trained gangster dedicated to CHANGING our form of economy and government by ANY means to one world government not neccessarilly religion free!!!!
What little hope we have will come from the two houses and our attention to their elections and input like in the case of this crooked bailout deal. Not a real comforting out look
Palin's real desire to give a honest approach unfortunatly will get ground up and destroyed by the system before she gets to position of effect.
In short
Bush is done
McCain is not conservative
Obama is ruthless

IMO, if barry gets elected, we are in VERY deep trouble.

right now he espouses the economy and taxes as his "change" platform...but...if elected...that will change...power will be the operational factor.

i know i sound like a pessimist and a "doomsday" prophet, but barry and his 'wife' are racists of the highest order, IMO, that will surface very obviously if he is elected.

FWIW...i sincerely hope i am completely wrong about barry IF he is elected.

time and votes will tell.

Has anyone noticed that Bush simply doesn't LEAD the nation in a crisis like the economic meltdown? He appears for a few minutes before reporter's reads from a paper he has in front of him and then leaves. Remember how Reagan got on TV and used charts and graphs to explain to us what was going on? The problem today is we have no leaders who are good people, who have the interests of the country and the people at heart. Let's face it, Obama is evil and has evil designs on the country. McCain, for now, is our only hope, although he really has spent too much of his career 'reaching across the aisle'. Of course, the other side of the aisle NEVER reached out to him.

Many years ago an old fellow that had worked for the government all his life, was talking to my brother and a couple of other fellows(nothing to do with the story but they were looking at a fabulous collection of old Winchester's) the young guys were complaining about the government, and he said I'll give you some advice, Don't fight the system learn to live within it, well I reckon that goes for politicians to, America is a big country with lots of rich and powerful people, and if they feel any politician be it the president or anyone else is not doing the right thing in a big way, they will take care of it one way or another. Talking about your illegal friends from South of the Border, why chase them that costs to much money, why not make money out of them, any induvigual caught employing them hundred thousand dollar fine, any company caught ten million dollars fine, you are either making a fortune or solving the problem, Win Win situation both ways, well that is if you want to solve the problem.

Speaking of money....

I wish it was only about money, well it is..but.. we all gotta follow this through to it's logical conclusion. The bail out if passed will do nothing but weaken the dollar and set us up for a BIG fall.

Let the economy ride as is and we get a recession, possibly (probably) depression. Inject more tax payer dollars with a bail out, and the "crisis" (bull IMO) might go away..for a bit, but the cost when the market really corrects itself will be unprecedented, the mofo of all depressions, along with it will come the "need" for a new currency and unions of nations.

It aint all "tin foil hat talk" now, is it? :?

Liberty or wealth, which have our "leaders" chosen lately, which will they continue to choose if both not thrown out? They will continue to "come together" to steal our money and Liberty.

Will they be hurt by loss of Liberty? Are they gonna end up broke? Do they know what Liberty is? You don't need Liberty if you got enough money. No?

Pray all, for the courage and wisdom to do the right thing for your Country.

tman, your not alone brother, take a breath, then write and call your reps.

Lets hope the polls are wrong. If you remember when Kerry and Bush was running last time Kerry was I think 15 points ahead in the polls but when folks voted Bush won...

The pollsters are for hire... need I say more?

All of the Reps and Senators were inundated with people calling and saying "no" to the bailout.... that doesn't jibe with the polls putting a tax and spend candidate ahead.

Be glad the choices were even listed on the 400-2100 "people asked" "polls", welcome to the world of the third party. :D

Those polls are altered by the liberal media. It's no secret that Americans love a winner. Many people (idiots) look at the pre-election polls to see who is "winning", then they vote for that person. All so they can say their vote "counted". So, they put out these bogus polls to coerce people to vote democrat. I don't even pay attention to those polls anymore.

However, I've heard far too many "friends" who are planning to vote for Obama. :? :(

America? Is that you?
