Prayers needed
Some prayers would be grateful. They are for a guy I am seim-acquainted with, along with his family.
I saw Mark, both Monday and Tuesday mornings and talked just a bit. Don't see him much, few times a year, but he is on the Sheriffs Posse and Search and Rescue, along with Civil Air Patrol. He has donated equipment to the local LEO's, 'cause thats just the way he is. He is a pilot, just as I am, but he flys alot more than I do. Thats where I mainly know him. He uses his helicopter in his business, along with donating time for the Search and rescue.
Unfortunately, he used his helicopter this time to look for his missing son, Mark Jr.. His son might have decided to skip a few college classes to go rock climbing, and no one knew where he was. He got ahold of his son's cell phone provider, on Wednesday morning, and they said his last call was from the middle part of the state, so thats where everyone started searching, in the climbing spots there. The next day, he got a call from them saying there was also a text message (why didn't they tell him that before??) from a tower near town. They went out to the National Park nearby, and found his truck (this was Thursday evening).
Search and Rescue found his body sometime on Friday. Kid was only 21 and had all his life ahead of him. No parent should have to bury their child.
Thanks

Re: Prayers needed
My condolences and prayers to Mark Jr's family and friends.
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.
Re: Prayers needed
Prayers said for the family. My parents had to deal with my brother's death at age 8. I know what they are experiencing.
Sincerely,

Re: Prayers needed
To bury a child is a hard thing. hard to even write about it 20 years later. Having to go look for him would be double hard.
