Very uncommon to see here but this lady harnesses up the pony most every morning to take a spin.
When I was a child some of the Hispanic children had a similar cart that they would attach to a goat.

Ahhh ..dunno Scott……it won’t be fast enough as the “engine” is only 1 “horsepower”.

That's a cute little pony Scott but the crash helmet looks a bit odd.

Hey, I still see people riding around alone in their cars with a mask on!
Seriously though, I am not sure that a pony like this is terribly reliable and that helmet could come in handy.

Re: This is riding with style
My wife surprised me yesterday by suggesting that we needed to buy a place out of town so I could have a horse again.

This cranky old broad (33 years old) don't like anybody but me & little kids; but I can jump on her with no tack at all and steer/stop her with a tug on the mane and/or leg cues. She'll have a home here for life.

Peggi's grandpa, on her Mom's side, was a photographer of good repute and it carried them through the Depression in better shape than many. They had a goat cart and he took photos of all their kids on that cart. This is her uncle Nathaniel aboard the Billy Goat Special, about 1940.

It's really nice to see the horses you've all owned or ridden through the years. My wife and I have really enjoyed them.
